We’ll be trying something a little different at SKCC on Feb 11. The first race in our KOM Financial Advice 3 race women’s series will be run as a graded handicap with all riders in the running for the series leader’s jersey and points towards the overall.

How does a graded handicap work? Grades will set off separately as usual, but C grade will be considered to be on the lead lap. Handicappers and race director will work their magic to determine how many times the A and B grade bunches have to lap the C graders to join them at the front and be in the running!
