Do you know how to position yourself on your bike to maximise control, safety and speed on descents?
NEW Ridewiser ‘lolly-pop circuit training format’ means you can be roughly close to the group ability level and still be part of the
action doing the descending course at your own speed and ability, because it is out’n’back with 2-4 laps on a smaller loop
Ride Schedule FYI
7.30am – Ride briefing (mandatory attendance)
7.40am – Social ride out to descending course (17km in 50mins ~ 20.4kph avg)
8.30am – Reccy lap of 8.5km descending course loop with instruction tips along the way (30mins)
9.00am – Individual riders completion of 2 – 3 laps of 8.5km (allowing 1hr)
10.00am – Regroup social ride back to Rowville (50-60mins cruisy)
11.00am – Wellington Plaza, Rowville coffee shop EATING HOUSE CAFE
