The St Kilda Cycling Club has as its primary focus a commitment to the safety of all riders, whether they be competitive elite riders blasting around our Port Melbourne Crit course, or recreational riders enjoying the health benefits and social exchanges from similar-minded people out on two wheels. In order to cater to this wide spectrum of cyclists, we have posted a variety of training rides and tools on the SKCC web site so that all riders can gain something and become better skilled and more confident out on the road or race course.
Some of the training rides and programs we have detailed here include Crit training, women’s specific training, our annual Inverloch Training Camp for beginner to intermediate riders, our elite Training Camp in Bright for those looking to fine-tune their form for the Tour of Bright, and a number of SKCC social rides throughout the year.
In addition, we will be posting other training tips, tools and programs designed to help out all our riders!
